About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate individual to join our growing organisation in the role of Regional Care Manager in the New South Wales Central Coast region. You will have a collaborative and close working relationship with the Care Team to provide our residents with the highest quality of care. This exciting opportunity will be an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do. As a passionate leader, you will mentor and inspire your team to achieve the purpose of integrating care into the service we provide and being part of a dynamic care team.

Reporting through to the National Care Manager, your role will include:

  • Training and educating Village, Clinical and Care staff to meet the standards of RetireAustralia and the governing licensing agencies 
  • Working with the Care and Operations teams, ensure the highest standard of clinical and care standards are delivered to our residents 
  • Build and maintain relationships with our residents, their families and various stakeholders

About you 

The successful candidate in this role will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical leadership or management position. You will have a strong skillset in risk management in a clinical environment with the ability to mitigate risk to residents, employees and other stakeholders. You will be passionate about the Aged Care sector and driven to play a fundamental part in contributing to the lives of our residents. It will be a requirement to hold registration with the Nursing Council of Australia as a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate.
