About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Business Analyst to join our team based in Brisbane CBD. It is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of RetireAustralia’s change and contribute to the future of our organisation. Reporting to the relevant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting delivery of projects by successfully implementing project objectives. You will have a passion for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and being an effective member of the team. It will be important to have effective communication in this business partnership role. Your duties will include:

  • Facilitating stakeholder involvement in the project, ensuring appropriate change management and communication protocols are identified, recommended and implemented,
  • Providing functional expertise in the operations of systems and solutions as required.
  • Advising on the development and actioning of test scripts and training material.
  • Initially supporting system maintenance including creation of documentation, system setup, configuration, and support.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and issues.

About you

The successful candidate in the role will have a high level of integrity and professionalism. You will have a strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, be able to critically analyse and recommend potential business improvements, develop accurate documentation, comfortably communicate at all levels across the organisation, and apply knowledge and creativity to resolve issues.  You will also have the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or IT
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business improvement and or software implementations and business analysis
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
  • A valid National Police Check or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
