About the Role

RetireAustralia is seeking a Non-Clinical Case Manager who has a passion for the Aged Care industry to join our team on a part-time basis. As an organisation, we are focused on placing our residents at the centre of every decision we make, particularly regarding their care and wellbeing. Reporting to the Manager - Care, your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining a case load of customers receiving Government funded Home Care and fee for service care, using an holistic approach to care and service coordination;
  • Advocacy and support for care customers and their families as required;
  • Frontline handling and management of customer care issues / complaints;
  • Collaboration with Care Team colleagues, including advising / directing front-line Care workers regarding customer care needs.

About you

You will be someone who is driven and passionate about making a difference in the lives’; of others. A background in home care service delivery and home care funding will be essential in the position. We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders and has the ability to implement innovative problem-solving strategies. Applicants who have Case Management qualifications with relevant industry experience will be highly desirable.
