About the Role

We are seeking someone who is dedicated and innovative to step into the position of Development Manager within the Development & Acquisitions team. It will be an opportunity to take the next step in your career and grow with the organisation. The position will be based at the New South Wales, Central Coast Support Office. The position will require flexibility to travel to development project sites interstate and intrastate when required.

Reporting to the National Manager – Development, the position will include:

  • Providing support to the National Manager – Development on all aspects of development planning, design and delivery
  • Monitor ongoing project budgets and prepare reports for National Manager - Development and RetireAustralia senior management on a regular basis
  • Ensure that RetireAustralia delivery systems & company procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the development planning, design and delivery
  • Maintain the document system for all related design and development correspondence, minutes of meetings and drawings such as architect plans, civil/survey plans etc.
  • Support the National Manager – Development in coordinating design briefs with external consultants
  • Assist with budgets estimates and cost plans
  • Coordinating the design phase

About you

You will be someone who has demonstrated project management experience or experience within a similar field. It will be essential that you are able to work in project teams and work towards agreed outcomes. The position requires someone who has strong time management skills and can meet strict deadlines. It will be important to have a minimum of four years’ of relevant experience in project delivery.
