About the role

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced finance professional to move into the role of Team Leader Finance - Efficiency, Innovation and Transactions, reporting to the Chief Finance Officer.  This role is critical in RetireAustralia’s move to an automated transactional function and will be essential in the financial and operational success of this process. You will be responsible for leading a wider team who are responsible for processing all transactions across our business including village level.

About you

You will be an approachable and collaborative leader with a strong understanding of automated transactional processes and controls. This role will be suitable for you if you are passionate about remaining in this industry and working towards a highly efficient and streamlined environment. The successful candidate will have;

  • A valid Police Check within 6 months from date of issue;
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting processes across the village and corporate function
  • Similar experience in the automation of transactional processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a team
  • Proven ability to identify improvements and efficiencies  
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience
