About the Role

RetireAustralia is seeking a Non-Clinical Case Manager who has a passion for the Aged Care industry to join our team on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Manager - Care, your main duties will include:

  • Ability to maintain a case load, using a holistic approach to case and service coordination
  • Handle and manage complaints
  • Oversee customers receiving care
  • Mentor and direct front-line workers

About you

You will be someone who is driven and passionate about making a difference in the lives’; of others. A background in home care service delivery and home care funding will be essential in the position. We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders and has the ability to implement innovative problem-solving strategies. Applicants who have Case Management qualification with retirement industry experience will be highly desirable.
