About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Administration Assistant to join our newly developed, Glengara Care Apartments. Our Glengara Care Apartments are situated on expansive grounds, situated amongst natural surroundings. This is an exciting opportunity to join us on the journey of contributing to the future of retirement living. You will have excellent customer service skills and place the residents at the centre of every action taken. Other duties of the role will involve:

  • Providing general office support to the Care Manager
  • Data entry and administrative recording
  • Prepare and receipt revenue in accordance with financial procedures
  • Liaise with staff, residents and visitors in a professional manner
  • Assist in the handling of minor resident complaints
  • Conduct resident and family tours of Village facilities
  • Respond to sales enquiries efficiently and ensure all leads are accurately recorded

About you

You will be someone who is dedicated to providing our residents and their families with the highest quality of customer service. To be successful in this position, you will possess qualities of integrity, respect and excellence. Experience within a similar role such as Reception or Office Administration will be essential. A Cert III or Diploma in Business Administration is highly desirable.
